Hello and welcome!  Join me on my business travel adventures, dodging gluten on the road, and learning how to navigate Adult ADHD after being diagnosed in my 40's.  It was the break through I needed to finally understand not just who I am, but why I am!  It was the opportunity for progress that was so profound it was uncomfortable, that burning feeling... when you know you're pushing yourself and about to hit new ground!
